Time to hire competent administration. Bob Melvin for GM or head coach

I'd love to hire Bob Melvin as the head baseball coach, but I'm not sure we can afford it. It would be great for Cal baseball, that's for sure. The good news is that we arguably lost our four best hitters to the portal, but we still won a road series against the defending Big West champion UC Irvine.
