Hopefully Liu will become the first Winter Olympian since Cal alum Jonny Moseley to host SNL.

(Jonny Moseley hosted SNL in 2002. Two months later, Moseley, a college dropout, was UC Berkeley's commencement speaker, prompting outrage by some. He later enrolled at Cal as a student and graduated.)

And R&B singer Kehlani just won two Grammies in February, rapper Del the Funky Homosapien performed with Gorillaz on SNL 2 weeks ago, Rapper/Director Boots Riley's second movie I Love Boosters just opened the SXSW Festival and premiers in May.
