I know we're long since past the time of, "Isn't this too young to start recruiting?" but getting a "brand" and media coverage when you're 12 years old just because you're a good point guard instead of your value as a human makes it 95% likely this kid who just likes basketball will be Effed up before he hits 18. Sometimes I think the 25-60 year old men who run the recruiting sites and spend all their time creepily in high school gyms are doing a lot more harm than good. That said, this phenom better come to Cal, give him guaranteed $1 mil in NIL and 10 PS5 consoles for him and his friends.
