This all happened months ago. It isnt "BREAKING" at all. The DOJ tried to prosecute 8 for attempted murder as if it were a conspiratorial terrorist shooting. The jury acquitted 7 on that charge and only found the shooter guilty. It's just another case of fluffing up the story around what actually happened in the court room. Like their failed previous savior, John Durham tried to do.
