Knicks blow, I'd root for an Ebola outbreak before them

Part of me wants the Knicks to lose both home games and see what the aftermath looks like.
Would people blame Trump (and not Mamdani) for jinxing the game(s)?

All of me wants the Knicks to sweep because one of my guilty pleasures in life is thoroughly enjoying Texans being losers, p@issed off and disappointed.

Ditto.
Ever since Mack Brown screwed us.

Draymond is a punk ass!
He's been a punk ass for years now!
No talent and so he insults, intimidates, injures and punches - even teammates.
concordtom, I love the way we agree on a lot of important things... but not every damned thing (which would be borrrrrring).

I was rooting for Spurs de knock OKC out, but I cannot support this version of the Spurs to be crowned champs.
Wembanyama is fanatically entertaining, but he's does not yet have a mature enough game to be the king.
One of the reasons why Kareem Abdul-Jabbar was so awesome is that he was steady and reliable. He would come down the court, post up on the block, have the ball dumped into him, and then do his thing.
Wemby wants to be like Steph Curry either with the long range shots or with his dribble drives into the paint. It's interesting to watch, but not reliable.
He needs to go back to the drawing board and develop some patented moves. If he wants to shoot some threes now and then, that's OK, but I see him settling for those when he's tired or when he just wants to make a big splash.
Think about Carl Malone and John Stockton. They ran that same damn elbow picking and roll over and over and over again for many many years. You still couldn't stop it.
I look forward to watching Wembanyama develop. But it's not going to happen in the next week or two.
I'm not saying I'm rooting for the next. I have never rooted for a New York team. But, I guess I'll be sad if this immature San Antonio team wins.

Yes, he is a bit soft and has a lot to learn…..but this might surprise you:
Victor Wembanyama finished the most recent season with a 51.2% field goal percentage, a 34.9% three-point percentage, and an 82.7% free throw percentage. Across his career, he maintains a 48.4% overall field goal percentage and a 59.4% true shooting percentage.
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar shot 55.9% from the field during his 20-year NBA career, highlighted by an extraordinary 59.2% true shooting percentage. He was incredibly efficient, shooting over 50% from the floor in 19 of his 20 seasons.

concordtom, I love the way we agree on a lot of important things... but not every damned thing (which would be borrrrrring).
Draymond is a very dirty player and a real @$$h@le with some coaches and players….but he has a high hoop IQ, is a very, very good basketball player, and has been a key part of the Warriors success. With that said, I am not a win at any cost person and I would not be willing to put up with his antics.

Kareem's shot selection was a hook shot from three feet away. The game has changed a lot. Spacing and movement including centers.
