Wilcox Talks Early Recruiting Signees

In year two of the NCAA’s revised policy allowing an early signing period on the third Wednesday of December each year, the Bears sewed up most of their class early today, signing 25 of an expected 28 slots available, with three additional slots available due to three members of the class backdating their scholarships to the 2018 class as spring enrollees.
