The Cultural Shift - Winter Workouts

On a very cold, wet and rainy early morning, the Cal Football Team took the field for its Winter workouts.

This is a team with 34 new faces and an almost entirely new staff.   Head Coach Tosh Lupoi has set an intention to create a completely revamped culture based on raising the bar for players on discipline, accountablility, attention to detail and playing as a unit.

That cultural change starts with the daily workouts.  

The team hits the field ready to go by 6:45am.
