2019 running back, Decarlos Brooks‍, makes it number 15 for the Cal Bears. The 5-10/185 pounder out of Chandler, AZ has good ability to shed tackles and has good vision running between the tackles. As a junior, the 3 star running back rushed for 1,352 yards and 14 td's, averaging 8.3 yards per carry for Chandler.

Brooks adds another big piece of the puzzle for the 2019 class.
