1) collin's SPEED on the 13+ stimp glassy greens wuz on point leaving tap ins most of the time, this will pay dividends at augusta national, aronomink & shinneock hills in the next 3 majors
2) tho his driving accuracy on the back nine left him in some awkward positions, morikawa's driving accuracy wuz excellent (38 outta 54 fairways) with the dispersion of the misses often minimal into the intermediate rough
3) the 3 wood off the tee is consistently turning over right to left which will be a major weapon next week at tpc sawgrass on the scoreable par 5 2nd & 16th holes which favor a draw...and it will also be advantageous at augusta national on the 9th, 10th, 13th & 14th holes with their sharp doglegs which in the past have not fit morikawa's ball flight shape
4) listening to the monster's gameplan this week for a further afar left starting line on the dogleg right par 5 16th hole...after dumb azz lost tee balls in the fairway bunker down the right side last year in all 4 rounds this week collin hit the fairway all 4 rounds culminating in the clutch EAGLE 3 today!!

Good post. I don' think you said anything the powers that be don't know. Everything at Cal takes time. Basketball needs a fundraising GM, and the rest of sports need an AD like Brian Mann at William & Mary. Good administrator, fundraising background and strength, good at managing a non-revenue sports programs, and hirable at a salary that makes sense. And he loves Berkeley. Just one guy, there are more that could be a fit. The major key is the basketball GM. They need someone special, like a basketball version of Ron Rivera.
FACT: Shocky is in communication with multiple former Cal women's swimmers and their families re: the years of abuse that was enabled by JENNIFER SIMON-O'NEIL & ignored by the then Director of Compliance JAY LARSON (who looked the other way re: egregious Title IX violations). These young women's lives have been forever damaged by their Berkeley experiences.
FACT: Shocky is in possession of multiple legal documents pertaining to the abuse inflicted including the confidential Munger report that was not released to me via a public information request. This is a shocking report that makes the reader want to throw up and disassociate with Cal Athletics.

If Chancellor Lyons still employs JENNIFER SIMON-O'NEIL and JAY LARSON in any capacity including but not limited to serving as Co Athletic Directors after their current contracts expire on July 1, 2026 it's possible that unredcated highlighted portions documenting the racism and other abuses that resulted in multiple swimmers having suicidal iterations will be sent by an untraceable 3rd party to The Builders of Berkeley, the UC Board of Regents and selective national media outlets including the New York Times.
Fundraising for Berkeley at that point will be very challenging in addition to national scrutiny upon the University.
