If we beat Santa Clara, we'll play the winner of Kansas State v. Georgia Tech on March 22.
Cal is hosting Thursday night. If Cal wins and Georgia Tech beats Kansas State, will host Sunday against GT. If KS (and Cal) win, Cal will travel for the 2nd round. Cal is a 3 seed, KS is a 2

It was Sunday evening when the game was announced. You have to do your own investigation. Nobody is on campus sending out emails. This is from Calbears.com:

But plenty of good seats remain...and are available now.

I logged on right at 8:00. My season ticket was not available nor were any in my row or the one behind it. This seems weird to me there's no way all those seats had been taken, I tried to "chat" but the auto response was that the ticket office was closed for the day. I wish these people would get their act together, Not sure what my next move is. Looks like I might have to get a ticket a few rows from my seats.

Did you get an email last night about 9 pm from Cal Bears touting the Postseason for both Men's and Women's Basketball?
If so, open it up and scroll down to see "WBIT Application". Click on it and you should be able to locate your season ticket.
I did it a short while ago and was able to secure my season ticket seat for Thursday. $23.
Did not receive an email. I've noted the last few years that I get some emails from them that others get and I don't get some that others get. No rhyme or reason to why they send me some and not others. Frustrating.
Not sure if this was posted elsewhere, but ESPN lists 7pm as Cal's WBIT game-time on Thursday 3/19 at Haas vs. Santa Clara.

I haven't gotten one either, despite 15 years of buying season tickets. I reckon BearBloke and I will just show up and buy kiosk tickets.

Did not get an email either. Multi-year season ticket holder. Sigh. As it turns out, we will be out of town...but will be back in case Cal wins and ends up hosting Round 2 or 3!

I finally called the ticket office and got my ticket. They don't make it easy to be a fan.
I e-mailed Chantel Higgins, who responded: "The email went out last night, but I have been hearing that some people did not receive it. If you log into your account, and click the Women's Basketball tab, you should be able to purchase tickets. Season ticket holders seats are being held until tomorrow afternoon, then it will be open to the general public. If it is still not working, give us a call."
Well, ours didn't show signs of being held, but I got a couple of similar seats down toward the north basket, and what the hell--at least Cal's having a post season.

Meanwhile, Santa Clara sounds tough. 80 point per game. Lots of threes. Few turnovers. And they rebound. From Santa Clara's website:

Santa Clara has a NET of 80. Cal is 52. Santa Clara has one win against Quad 1 & 2 teams, Cal has 4. Cal went undefeated against Quad 4 teams, 13-0, with just 13 of their 33 games against Quad 4 opponents. Santa Clara played 19 of their 31 against Quad 4, and lost 3 of them.Of course…who knows? But they remind me of Idaho, who are going to the Big Dance with a lofty 27-5 record, with Cal being one of their 5 losses, and with a NET of 99
I got an email last night and today (surprisingly) and was able to purchase my same seats and RSF parking (for $10)

A friend figured out how to access our tickets, for those of us who didn't receive the email:
log into your account, and click on "Season Renewals" in the menu.
You should then see your season ticket seats for the WBIT.

I thought the email said that season ticket holders only had until 5pm today to claim their season seats, so I was expecting more reserved seats to be available by now for the ones that season ticket holders did not purchase, but the availability does not appear to have been updated yet. My season tickets are GA, but I'd like to get reserved seats for the WBIT game.

I suggest calling the ticket office. they can find you seats in the location you want (that don't show on the site)
for way out of towners (or strapped down shutins) will mention home game live online streaming is free,
as always accessed by clicking on the tv icon on the women hoop's cal-bears schedule page..
