According to Trump, yes, especially if you attempted murder on police officers.





*The only prosecutions filed by Trump's DOJ are vindictive prosecutions and none of them will proceed through trial because all the competent prosecutors either got fired or quit because they refused to carry out unlawful and unethical directives. The only prosecutors left are ideologues with no trial experience that have difficulty finding the courtroom their case is assigned to, don't know which side of the counsel table to stand on and can't even oar their case past the law and motion stage. Pam Price hired ideologues when she was Alameda County DA and they f@ucked up all their cases.
