Fresh in from the Be Careful What You Wish for Department:

Federal Judge Approves Trump Effort to Obtain List of Jews From Penn
The government's effort to collect the names and phone numbers of Jewish people on campus as it investigates antisemitism has upset some people who worry about how the information will be used.

The public has a compelling interest when it comes to the White House. This isn't some golf course or a street corner in Manhattan.

There is a compelling portrait of Joe Biden hanging in the Trump White House.

Looks out of scale. The gold leaf is easy to tone down after he leaves. Not sure why the need to hold almost 1,000 people. Try 600-700, reduce the height and sheer size.

The President has executive authority over the White House and because no public funds are being used, this will get tossed out and Trump can continue building his mega ballroom. Another liberal judge throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing if it'll stick

Not sure if it's just an oversight on Mearsheimer's part or a pointed remark about the influence of Netanyahu over Trump...

The Democrat version of this is "We would do all of this if it wasn't for that damn parliamentarian."

Meanwhile, they are signing bombs for Israel and sending all of our money to Ukraine.

How do you think the spending for our aid to Ukraine compares to the current war in Iran?

The real answer for why Dems were limited in what they can pass was having a very slim majority and thus being hamstrung by what Manchin/Sinema would support. Kind of similar to why Republicans find it hard to pass anything now.

These excuses are laughable when you see how much a President that actually wants to do things has been able to do. Granted, they're all bad ideas but it just puts to shame all of the Democrats' reasons for why they can't ever do anything other than the Blue MAGA versions of what Red MAGA would do.

Congress is utterly irrelevant.

Don't forget servicing the interest payments on the national debt, making sure his signature is on the paper currency, while simultaneously promoting cryptocurrency to tear said currency down.
I mean, that's a 4-D chess move right there!

It's easier for a President to just smash things up in the short term than to build lasting public benefits. For the latter you generally do need to pass a law that can survive court challenges. Otherwise you get something like Biden's symbolic student-loan forgiveness that was never going to last.

I would be happier if Congress would do its job and act as a check on the power of the other two branches like they are supposed to, but they have no interest in doing that. So until such a time comes when they actually do something, I am not accepting any Democrat excuses about why they can't do anything when they're in power other than support war.

And my hunch is Bondi has a substance abuse problem (i.e. she is addicted to oxygen), so there will be no disgruntled former employee truth telling flowing from her pie hole.

She understands how this works. She was covering up (allegedly) for a guy who was killed.
Possibly killed.

Also, no doubt she gets a golden parachute reward for shutting up.
Jared's slush fund, apparently made richer by recent stock market manipulation or front-running of news announcements, will handle the details.
