Chuck is full deadwood at this point - perfect 10. Nancy has gotten old but still seems to have some strategic acumen. More like a 5 for her.

The progressive movement is now rebranded as "Democrat Socialists of America" (DSA), but those who have followed the arc of this group know the origins - reportedly every single member within DSA is from the Occupy Wall Street / Anarchy movement that preceded it.

If you know your history then you know it's just the resurgence of the FDR / Harry Truman wing of the party except with diversity. I'm all for it.

Schumer and Pelosi are the past, not the future. Tell Putin he needs new boogeymen. He'll switch from supporting the DSA disrupting the establishment to supporting the opponents of the DSA. His goal is to churn and to shred.

Hakeem Jeffries is in a rough spot, he's mister "We're a big tent party" when he's asked about these DSA commies getting elected in New York, except the people that are getting elected don't believe in a big tent. If you aren't sufficiently leftist, socialist, whatever...they want you out of the party. Democrats are in a real rough spot but a lot of it is of their own making.

I also suspect Darializa Avila Chevalier will not last long in office. She seems like a nutty idealist who doesn't really get how government works. The others have been in state/local government and could do fine.

I'm with James Carville...

Let's get 2/3 of the Democrats and 1/3 of the Republicans (and some independents) and form a tolerant centrist party that makes decisions based on common sense.

He also helped legalize street walking, so now families, many immigrant families, have to walk by streetwalkers (some underage) walking the Blade in Oakland, Los Angeles, and elsewhere 24 / 7. International Blvd is bad, prostitutes in lingerie, high heels, walking down the middle of the street in broad daylight.

Some of these girls are trafficked, so his legislation facilitated that business.
