1) finishing the 2025 golf magazine world top 100 list at the insanely private childress hall gil hanse designed course southwest of houston in the middle of nowhere this spring & then celebrate afterward at buc-ee's with a bbq brisket sandwich, a tasty marble fudge slab & premium 91 for the helicopter...yeah it's not exactly st lucia (sigh)

2) get some ink on my ankle (the monster is scared of needles) & learn how to do a handstand in order to become a certified substitute teacher at modern yoga & the pelican hills t-rex yoga studio and work part time at erewhon for the employee discount or something

3) celebrate the exodus of multiple high gpa ducks particularly on defense (keep an eye on the defensive back room) as rehabilitated bears via the transfer portal after the cfb playoffs...we gotta get eligibility for jacob de jesus, sign 1 or 2 IMPACT offensive tackles & figure out the 2 deep in the linebacking room during 2026 spring ball

4) stop tryna communicate with a curvy brunette yoga female from roma in sorry azz spanish instead of just learning fluent smooth as **** italian...ringazio amico

6956, in high school recruiting it's most advantageous to have the last official visit to try to close the deal before signing day, however in the 14 day speed dating transfer portal window the sooner a prospect is on campus the better (there may not be a tomorrow)

north carolina state wolfpack 71
california golden bears 60

in the 1st half a wolfpack player throws a ball outta bounds, their head coach screams at her for a full 45 seconds with hand gesticulations while getting red faced & looking kinda like he's having an aneurysm or something...nc state had 6 turnovers in the game,it's clear that the message is that wasted possessions are unacceptable in the pack program

on the other side of the court the bears (9-7) commit 20 turnovers (the majority of them unforced, just poor passing fundamentals, moving screens, etc) with coach smith & her staff literally not saying anything or turning them into teaching moments...cal wbb has INSTITUTIONALIZED turnovers, giving an opponent an extra 10+ more possessions is no big deal which is why this team might lose every acc game this season

still no naya or saikma on the court at the same time playing zone defense which resulted in the majority of the wolfpack points being mostly uncontested shots from around the bucket...it's just a flawed playing rotation with lulu & taylor playing a fatigued 40 minutes while the remarkably underutilized naya ojuwku played only 21 minutes but still managed to score 14 points on 7 of 8 field goals

yeah this is really bad coaching but a chancellor lyons enabled co athletic director worthless bureaucrat jennifer simon-o'neil extended charmin until 2030 after last season despite no credible job offers elsewhere among the power conferences

amateur hour coaching in berkeley (these players deserve better)#

cal transfer portal recruiting window:


washington transfer (started 4 games/played in all 13 games as a redshirt freshman for the huskies last season) center 6'5" 310 lbs zachary henning from grandview high school in centennial colorado would be a 2026 spring ball starter in berkeley...henning took an official visit to tempe this weekend & is driving down the i-10 to tuscon today

a problem last season for the not outwardly fired up cal's monster offensive line wuz that outside of moko it wuz not very vocal (shocky closed observed the oddly reticent bears pregame warm ups from the field on multiple gamedays), zachary gotta lotta leadership qualities


championship football starts with a dominating o-line that got ATTITUDE!!#

arguably the top tackle in the acc in 2025, lt1 jaccarius peak considered declaring for the nfl draft but is gonna transfer from north carolina state, this departure will impact the bears roadie to raleigh this fall

^ this is best exemplified by the final defense play of the 2025 season: the feckless co defensive coordinators did not send the dogs of hell blitzing hawaii's qb2 (presumably inexperienced in dealing with rush packages) when he came into the game cold off the bench with zero timeouts when a sack or interception would've won the game for the bears, instead they dialed up some passive weird azz prevent d which allowed the bows to make the winning touchdown pass reception in the end zone

jakop got extroverted positive energy (something that wuz lacking in this year's o-line room other than moko) & got the ability to play in space due to his basketball agility


the following is the monster analysis of the 2025 bears offensive tackles:

frederick williams: also +1 athletic but mostly overwhelmed as a tackle but for unknown reasons showed a much higher **** u up motor as a tight end in the smu game...this trait/attitude needs to be developed as a potential starting tackle

braden miller (in the transfer portal): the highest fb iq in the room, miller unselfishly flipped to starting at right tackle even tho his most natural position is probably in the interior...hard worker who wants to be great, wish braden wuz more vocal

nick morrow (in the transfer portal): played a lotta snaps as a starting left tackle but honestly the results on the field wuz mediocre at best...lacks strength for his size & like the entire o-line seldom made blocks in the 2nd level for one of the worst rushing teams in college football

leon bell (in the transfer portal): despite nfl size & chiseled features, bell wuz beyond breaking bad with slow feet & a near non existent motor

yeah jacob arop is a huge unforgettable priority for cal's monster offensive line!!



the university of california, berkeley=#1 ranked public university in the WORLD (including the beautiful people of sudan)

Is Famika (to be co-OL with Viane) and Jason Novak being retained? OL was rough this last season, but thought it improved some over 2024 (also a good recruiter). IMO, we had less injury issues with Novak than recent prior years...

bevans, famika is coming around to sharing co offensive line responsibilities with viane but it's been a little bit of a bumpy path which is understandable...watching from the field anae in pre game warm ups shocky can tell u that he's an intense/vocal warrior but his o-line didn't match his energy/passion other than moko, the vast majority of the 2025 trench workers had personalities more along the lines of wilcox which is not the hair on fire personalities that tosh is recruiting on a go forward basis at all positions (ok maybe not in the kicking game)

generally speaking the assistant coaches & staff position contracts run on an annual basis until early spring so lupoi got time/an opportunity to observe the current s&c program in person on a daily basis once the transfer portal window closes down (remember the january 16th entry day could be extended for prospective ducks if oregon advances to the championship game)...and make no mistake about it the expectations are high, the oregon s&c program is no ******* joke!!

the monster is a huge FAN of coach novak & his staff and the body transformations that took place during last summer...but the bears wuz still physically overmatched (gassed in the 4th quarter at virginia tech) in several games due to the years of FAILED negligence which shocky has detailed as the #1 issue holding back the fb program...basically wilcox refused to address a failing s&c program with no accountable metrics because the prior s&c coach brian johnson wuz bravely battling cancer (which he ultimately won)

yeah shocks is really glad that novak made it outta lansing after all that happened

nate is gonna compete with everything he got on the d-line this fall as part of lupoi's 2-2-2-5 defensive scheme which ATTACKS (no more bull**** bend but don't break schemes in berkeley)
