^ agreed that duke fans showed out in large numbers (just like the north carolina fans will buy tixs for this saturday's acc battle transforming haas into a west coast home game), it's a shame that the co athletic director ****tards jay & jenny did not financially maximize revenues by charging surge demand pricing with significantly higher pricing for tixs in the same way stanford did with the 2025 football big game in palo alto...that's just biz 101 but these 2 clowns (neither is a berkeley grad) don't get it...since neither of them got social media maybe chancellor lyons will provide an update re: the status of the fundraising for the critically needed from a recruiting/player development dedicated basketball practice facility for both the men's & women's programs??

of course not, coach charmin smith is both predictable & non innovative


naya gotta innate off the charts basketball iq with respects to understanding angles & positioning herself for scoring opportunities, in a coach imposed limited minutes ojuwku scored a team high 25 POINTS on an efficient 9 of 18 field goals playing with relentless ENERGY!!


it's incomprehensible & mind boggling that naya is not playing 35+ minutes per game, this overtime loss can be attributed to ojuwku sitting on the bench for 20 minutes while defensive standout lola donez played 43 minutes with zero points

the difference between winning and losing is a fine margin, not playing naya and sakima both 35+ is the deal breaker

bottom line, the head coach is a career 30-73 conference record coach, smith wuz remarkably extended by worthless bureaucrat jennifer simon-o'neil thru 2029 (both employees are paid just south of $500,000 annually)

this is cal women's basketball (wonderful students athletes with amateur hour coaching/administration)#

also congrats to famika anae, bob gregory, keith heyward, jeff mcdaniels & sione ta'ufo'pi on remaining along with the addition of berkeley grad geoff mcarthur to the bears staff heading into wildly anticipated 2026 spring ball 15 practices (the monster is most interested in the development of the linebacking room/starters/playing rotation)

michael kim (67, tied for 29th): fabulous putting/scrambling round scoring despite missing 10 outta 14 fairways in regulation!!...michael is gonna win on the pga tour this season, he's currently ranked #37 in the world & is a legit us president's cup candidate for this september's matches to be contested at medinah in the windy city

collin morikawa (72, 103rd): looks great physically & has added SPEED to his driver (hit 12 outta 14 fairways today) en route to 4 birdies but his putting woes continue...collin still refuses to include his caddie in the greens reading & that resulted in his chronic non putterhead releasing misses to the right with an open putter face/tentative stroke

davies is 6'1" 205 lbs & kicks the living **** outta the ball with unreal leg extension ala ray guy!!

angus is NOT a dumb azz, down under they don't got no american gpa kinda system but the former hurricane (wut a dumb azz name, why not call them the tornados??) has made multiple all conference & district academic teams during his time in tulsa (basically davies is a 4.0 gpa equivalent student, got it??)

collin morikawa (68, missed cut): despite his trademark elite ball striking, collin continues to misread putts without his caddie's input in reading greens...missed 3 shorts putts (on the 10th, 16th & 18th holes) on the back nine with an inside left to right 7 footer for a birdie on the par 5 18th hole that he played outside of the hole (basically he's guessing on his reads just like he did at oakmont, etc) which got the bags packed back to the states

unlike max homa & michael kim who will be playing at coachella next week, morikawa has prioritized (and it's grueling cross country travel from las vegas to west palm beach) playing in the indoor league tgl which only has 1 green (that's rotated in different directions for each hole) that is a synthetic surface with no grain or outdoor weather conditions that's not helping him improve on the greens
