I didn't argue it was AI. I informed that it is AI enhanced as the dude has no head. X has been all over that. It's an AI enhanced version of a screenshot from the video to give it better quality.

As the courts, and Supreme Court have ruled, everything leading up to this event is what determines if it's a clean shoot or not. Freeze frame moments aren't what decide that. I'm still sad this man made the choices he did that lead to him being shot.

My response was to Diablo who said "for everyone in the back that said he wasn't restrained" (paraphrasing)

This picture does not show him restrained at all

He was disarmed and encircled by 6 agents and they still SHOT HIM 10 TIMES.

Here's another photo from the same video for the people claiming that one of the agent's heads is missing.
Nope. They could use glasses.

5 heads with beanies and balaclavas.

The educated guess is that the guy in the jeans saw the gun being disarmed and yelled "Gun! Gun! Gun!"
And that's when they pumped Alex Pretti with 10 bullets.

"Russiagate" as a term can mean some different things depending on who is invoking it, hence why I am asking for more details. In my experience, it could mean anything from "Donald Trump was literally being controlled by Russia/Putin" (not true) to "Russia attempted to influence our election" (true). I kinda doubt French is on on the first extreme end of that spectrum, but I won't claim to know everything he has ever said on the subject.
