It's crazy to me that libs can state the obvious truth about what was been happening under the Biden admin and then cry about the pain required to remove the people who abused our open borders. The whole immigration thing is a bipartisan example of utter hypocrisy. Republicans blame immigrants for everything going wrong in the country with one side of their mouth and usher in cheap labor with no penalties for the companies that employ them with the other side of their mouth. Democrats flood them in assuming (hilariously incorrectly) that someday those immigrants will become legal voting citizens that will become reliable Democrat votes and talk about the need to raise the minimum wage while talking out the other side of their mouths and making sure there's so much excess cheap labor that wages lag further and further behind inflation with every passing year.

That article was a rare bit of honesty about the realities of immigration that gets rarely talked about because both parties are so full of *****

Not everything, but it's huge. The 10 million plus imported in by the Biden Administration, Democrat governors (Newsom), NGOs, Catholic Charities, other religious affiliated groups, etc is unprecedented. We can see the end result with Western Europe.

The Trump admin asked nicely and implemented a formal program offering cash stipends, free travel assistance back to their country of origin, forgiveness of certain civil fines, and related incentives to encourage illegal immigrants to voluntarily self-deport.

For those that didn't take up the offer, there's the NICE option.

Daniel Sanchez Estrada received a 30 year sentence for moving his political "zines". He didn't even attend the protest. His wife did attend the protest but had nothing to do with the shooting. She received 70 years. These sentences are gross abuses by the government and part of why you wouldn't catch me in Texas or freedom hating places like it.

It's the old adage, you drive the gang to the bank, they kill a few people, you're along for the ride. Taking guns to a protest is dumb but very much legal in Texas. With such extreme charges and sentences for people not involved in the shooting and not planning in engaging in anything other than potential self defense and political protest, the government is showing disregard for its own laws and rights of it's citizens.

For self defense. Guns are legal in Texas - for conservatives at least. Only Song was involved in attacking the cop.
