Pretty sure it would be legal for you or I to do the exact same thing. The first amendment covers it. Restricting this would actually be more like the Nazi Germany you reference

The key difference between you or me doing the same thing and a Govt employee doing this, is that the Govt employee is being PAID WITH TAXPAYER DOLLARS.


The Supreme Court allowed this in a 2025 decision. Please note that around 80% of illegal immigrants are of Latino descent.
