February jobs were a loss of 92,000. Going back 10 months we have lost a total of 19,000 jobs. And these are lagging indicators, lol. Trump is the worst jobs President since Herbert Hoover. And the worst war President since George W Bush. Glad I never voted for him.

Calling it the worst jobs record since Hoover would only make sense if the labor market were experiencing mass unemployment or multi-million job losses, which is a much higher bar historically. Overly dramatic take.

It's apples to oranges in some respect. Trump has slashed government jobs growth.

Dubya benefitted from big productivity improvements, his tenure corresponded with the mass adoption of high speed internet. Despite the NASDAQ bubble bursting, the economy was taking off as the startup chaff was weeded out and the click and mortar economy took off.

Trump has brought about self-inflicted wounds including not reining in the deficit, implementing poor strategies on tariffs (coffee and bananas? destroying markets like Canada, not understanding supply chains and input costs etc), and now with the Epstein War, newest chapter of Forever War, oil shock and old school 1970s stagflation.

Unemployment was at 25% under Hoover. It's currently at 4.4%. Your wish to install panic is not based on facts.

You keep calling it a forever war. Maybe it will be and that would suck but you say that like it's a fact and it's already happened. We are in day 12 or something, maybe stop being such an extremist and see what happens before you make those claims.

How about "Forever War, the first quarter century" then, as we celebrate the start of the 24th year of Forever War this month.

You don't understand what I am saying. But don't worry, I'm used to having to explain things to you a 2nd time.

When I say Trump is the worst jobs President since Hoover, I am saying Hoover was worse than Trump. When you say it isn't true (when you aren't making excuses for Trump being the worst jobs President since Hoover because of government jobs) you are saying there is a President between Hoover and Trump who is a worse jobs President than Trump. So you talking about Hoover's record is not an argument against what I am saying. I already said Hoover is worse than Trump.

So, Trump is the worst jobs President since Hoover. If you disagree, give me a name.

No, I definitely understood. It was just a dumb connection. Instead of getting in the mud with you and I'll just say this, the discrepancy is so large from where Hoover was to where Trump is. To compare the two, as you did, is foolish.

Just imagine how bad the numbers would be if Trump didn't have his lackeys at the Bureau of Labor Statistics cooking the books.

Can't wait for the Fed's favorite inflation gauge to come out next Friday.
The street is expecting a core PCE number of 3.2%

When Trump was inaugurated it was 2.6%

Clearly, this number will be trending higher over the next several months.
