Not sure what Iran passes Go on Hormuz means. As for there being nothing about the enriched uranium and missile programs, what is your source? As far as I know, the $24 billion is being withheld until the items you claim there is nothing about are sorted out.

I think they collect toll on Hormuz. They also get half of that $24B outright, and there is talk of a $300B reconstruction fund though that might just be an empty promise.

A lot of noise so far, Trump might have just been too eager to get something for his birthday and could change his mind or have his arm twisted by Bibi and Lindsay. Can he get Israel to behave in Lebanon? We'll see.

I have found nothing concrete; there's a wide variance of alleged terms being reported. I don't fully trust / believe anything that's being reported now, and suspect we will have to wait until it is officially signed and the terms are officially made public.

I'm not sure I ever asked for him to be praised. What's delusional is for people to claim we surrendered after also claiming they don't want forever wars. You can have your opinion on whether we should have gone into Iran or not but Iran isn't stronger.
